April Kelley was raised in Big Bear, California and relocated to San Diego in 2002 where she began her career in finance. In 2002, she was hired by a prominent banking company as a teller. Her work ethic and ambition rewarded her with several promotions in a short period of time. Her leadership skills were used to coach tellers and help the financial staff meet/create sales objectives, maintain key business, and maximize operational/financial efficiency. Her knowledge and constructive approach with her coworkers made her the natural choice for training new employees to help them achieve the company’s goals.
One of her many strengths is her ability to assess the customers’ needs and to tailor a mutually beneficially plan for success. April’s goal is to provide her client with an excellent experience while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability for her employer. April takes a personal approach with her clients, she listens to her customers and translates their needs into a solution for their financial goals. In 2016, April’s two children began attending school full-time allowing her to continue her career in the financial industry. She decided to pursue Real Estate believing the industry would perfectly compliment the financial knowledge and customer service skills she developed during her previous employment.
April loves staying active and spending time with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys wakeboarding, traveling, cooking, and socializing with friends and family.
